As Romantic Road is one of the most visited touristic roads in Germany and moreover Touring Tours & Travel is the official carrier on this road we have compiled a selection of hotels along the road under the headline Romantic Road.
To make it easier for you to find your desired destination please check the map displaying the locations mentioned on the respective page.
It goes without saying, that even if the desired destination is not listed, we most certainly can find accommodation almost every- where in our country. As we getting more & more requests for stop-overs we have included also group rates for the major cities, of course we are also able to make you complete arrangements for all land services in Germany & surrounding countries.
There is no official hotel classification in Germany; the underneath mentioned categories of the hotels are evaluations of the operator:
GDEL = grand deluxe; DEL = deluxe; FC = first class; TS = tourist superior; TC = tourist class.
Besides this classification we highlighted some hotels with buttons as follows: CLASSICAL: hotels in historic buildings with classical ambience and style. OUTSKIRT - HIGHLIGHT: “Hotels located in the outskirts of the respective cities, with added value due to their special location or ambience, not to mention much lower prices than centre-hotels. These hotels are ideal for self-drivers or experienced travellers as none of these places are far from public-transport stations.

Important information:
Since October 1st, 2010 the some German cities are collecting within it's boundary a so called ,,City Art & Culture Tax" amounting to 5% of the Accommodation-Rate including VAT. This municipality tax is due for every paid overnight stay within the boundary of Cologne, irrespective of the accommodation being used or not. lt is also applicable if no overnight stay occurs (day-use room). According to the municipality tax regulations it is the obligation of the lodging industry to collect the tax from its Contract Partner and pass it on to the communes.
